Upon registration look out for an email from Zoom with your unique joining link. Make sure you enter your email address correctly as well as your name and check if doing this for the first time that the initial email from Zoom isn't stuck in your spam or junk folder.

Foster Care Fortnight (15-28 May) is an opportunity to highlight our need for more foster carers, whilst shining a light on those who already foster with us.

Lend your support by sharing our social media posts, using the hashtag #FCF23, and by spreading the word amongst your friends and family. If you, or someone you know, is interested in fostering please encourage them to get in touch or attend one of our upcoming fostering events to find out more.

A new draft strategy for Dorset Council’s libraries will be published on 30th May, with a fresh approach to delivering services and no proposed branch closures. Shaped by user demand and two phases of public consultation and engagement, the draft proposals look to the future of Dorset’s libraries and how can they best meet the needs of residents and communities, now and over the next 10 years. Informed by over 12,000 responses, Dorset Council’s Joint Overview Committee will meet on 7 June to review the new Draft Library Strategy. Join the briefing for Town and Parish councils on 30th May to find out more about the draft strategy and the new operating model including library opening hours.
