The 2023 DAPTC AGM information for member councils has been published. member council clerks can circulate and review the information. The date is Saturday 18 November at 10am via Zoom
Member councils need to make sure their nominated delegate at the AGM will need to register for the meetuing which will be held online via Zoom as it has done for the last 3 years. Each member council attending has one vote and this will be used with the polling system viewed online as at previous meetings.
This year we have two guest speakers to start proceedings, Kevin Moore (Programme Co-ordinator for the Armed Forces Covenant) and Jonathan Owen (Chief Executive of the Local Association of Local Councils.

The cut off for questions is 9am on 17 November 2023 - we will endeavour to ask as many questions on your behalf, time permitting.
Delegates and councils can send in questions in advance for both speakers or ask them on the day of the meeting, subject to any time constraints.
