We're making changes to our operational hours, designed to improve the support we offer to our member councils.
Effective from Monday 1 September 2025, our new office hours will be:
Monday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: Emergency contact only (details contained on our website in the members area)
This adjustment increases our weekly coverage from 25 to 29 hours, but more importantly, it enhances the quality of support available to you. During these hours, three CiLCA-qualified staff members will be on hand to provide expert guidance and assistance.
We believe this change will allow us to better meet your needs, particularly during the midweek period when demand for support is typically highest. The emergency contact provision on Fridays ensures that urgent matters can still be addressed promptly. These will be provided when the hours change.
