Energy Supplier Updates
Both EDF and SSE are experiencing billing issues at present and this is affecting many customers. We have received reports of customers being billed incorrectly, not receiving bills, and experiencing significant delays in query management. If you come across any members or clients who are experiencing difficulties please reach out to myself and Kimberley and will provide as much information and support as possible.
In other news energy supplier Opus was bought by Drax, owner of the UK's biggest renewable power plant, in 2017. This will result in customers being contacted by Drax advising of the supplier change.

Exciting News! In just a few weeks, Utility Aid will be launching its new switching site.
This will give you the ability to compare prices and switch your utility provider online for your charity at a time that is convenient for you. This can also be featured on interested partners webpages. If this is something you would like to explore or learn more about, please click here to receive a notification of the launch date and we can book in a demo: https://www.utility-aid.co.uk/contactform/Switchinglaunch
Take care and we look forward to catching up soon.
Kind Regards

For transparency, unless otherwise stated, all our quotations are presented with Utility Aid’s fees already included. Fortunately, these fees are payable directly by the supplier, so you do not need to worry about it.
