Portland Town Council is looking for a temporary, Job Share RFO for 14 hours per week.
This role would initially be for 4/5 months whilst a recruitment campaign is carried out.
The current RFO also works 14 hours a week, and would primarily be responsible for budget setting and bank payments during this period, leaving the day-to-day purchases, sales invoicing, and monthly/quarterly bank reconciliations to be carried out. We currently use the Scribe accounts package so knowledge of this would be advantageous.
Most of this work can be carried out remotely, but we would expect some attendance at our office on Wednesdays for meetings with the current RFO, and to enable the printing of purchase invoices etc.
