Councillors: social media skills

In the session Breakthrough Communications will go through the confusing world of social media communications.
The course is designed for experienced social media users and those new to it. During the session you will learn where to focus your time and effort, the common pitfalls and difficult situations. Most importantly you'll learn how, as a councillor, to get the most from social media.
Recent feedback on this course: "It was good to get an overview about potential use of social media by Councils and Councillors. Real examples and the interactive nature of the course really helped me."
