Councillor Networking Event
The event on 7 March 2024 was held at Kingston Maurward, Nr Dorchester.
The event had 3 parts to it:
- A councillor event with key speakers
- A Clerks' SLCC Branch Meeting
- Dorset Council's Place Teams
At different points during the morning both councillors and clerks had an opportunity to get to know and establish contacts with the teams they mostly interact with week to week - this time in person!

DAPTC provided and update on the Star Awards for 2023/24 at Kingston Maurward - 8 councils were recognied for attendance at training evenst and courses over the last year.
