Employee Digital Skills
We have a number of partnerships with trainers geared to help support parish and town council employees make best use of apps and software to generate greater productivity and efficiencies. It's important both councillors and the most senior paid officer plan how they can support and develop local council employees.
The training on this page is in formats that allow you the opportunity to undertake the learning at your own pace and when it suits you. The formats may be recorded webinars, short videos or e-Learning. Whatever format we'll let you know.
In some situations you will be able to watch a video or undertake an e-Learning module and then follow it up with an online Q&A session to deepen your knowledge or just ask something that wasn't clear.
Our training partner specifically sourced to help local council employees develop their digital skills has standalone sessions and bundled packages covering complimentary software and apps.
