Across three practical online sessions, learn how to stay calm under pressure, communicate with confidence, handle difficult conversations and build more positive working relationships.

Following popular demand, our partners at Breakthrough Communications are bringing back their Confident Communication and Assertiveness for Clerks, Officers and Councillors masterclass series later this autumn.

Each session has two dates available and participants can join live or catch up on demand afterwards.
