• In-person events: popular with clerks, these events offer valuable peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunities.
• Reading materials: the NALC Good Councillor Guide series offers comprehensive insights into key topics and is highly recommended for all councillors. An understanding of the series is important to clerks and officers to enable signposting to this valuable resource.
