Neurodiversity at Work Essentials
This e-learning course explains the terms neurodiverse and neurotypical and changes that can be made to support neurodiverse team members at work.
The course will give a sense of some of the typical workplace behaviours, norms and sensory stimuli that neurodiverse colleagues may find stressful, draining or overwhelming. It will also cover some practical and simple chnages that can be made to build a neuroinclusive culture in orhanisations.

By the end of the course, you should be able to:
- Explain what is meant by the term ‘neurodiverse’
- Recognise the benefits of neurodiversity at work
- Identify how a ‘typical’ work environment could significantly impact a neurodiverse employee’s daily life
- Support and implement small adjustments that could benefit neurodiverse employees in your workplace
