This e-learning course explores how menopause affects women and why people and organisations need to learn about it.

Approximately half of the population will experience menopause and nearly everyone will know and care about someone it affects. Even with these statistics there’s still a widespread lack of understanding and reluctance to talk about the menopause.

By the end of this course, you should be able to:

• Recognise how menopause affects women in different ways
• Take steps to create a more supportive workplace for those experiencing menopause
