Sexual Harassment Awareness Essentials

This e-learning course explains what constitutes sexual harassment, how to recognise it and how to address and report it.

The course will equip employees with the knowledge of appropriate behaviour in the workplace, how to spot behaviour that is inappropriate and the skills to report it. It will also cover the duties of employers under the Equality Act 2010 to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of staff and and provides guidance on how to create a respectful workplace culture where everyone is safe from unwanted behaviour.
