Dorset Council would like parish and town councils to be part of the transformation of day opportunities for Dorset residents.
If you provide day opportunities, community activities, or small community events or if you're interested in learning more about offering community activities for adults in Dorset, Dorset Council invites you to join one of their online events. The aim is to expand the range and availability of activities, including options for weekends and evenings.
Each event will:
- Explore how local services, groups and individuals can contribute to this initiative.
- Discuss the potential benefits for both providers and adults who will receive support.
Your participation and insights would be invaluable, and the Adult Services team looks forward to collaborating with you to create more inclusive and supportive communities.
