Weymouth Town Council is counting down to five seafront fireworks displays in August.
The fireworks are fired from a boat moored out in the bay meaning they can be viewed from anywhere along Weymouth’s long stretch of seafront, from the Nothe all the way over to Overcombe and Bowleaze. Each display starts at 9:30pm on every Monday night throughout August and include two lower noise displays.
Dates of fireworks displays:
- 3 August
- 10 August – lower noise display
- 17 August
- 24 August – lower noise display
- 31 August (Bank Holiday)
Wherever possible, the Town Council is encouraging people to leave their cars at home and walk, cycle or use public transport when getting to and from the displays. Information on how to get there and parking availability can be found on Weymoth Town Council's website USING THIS LINK.
