Maiden Newton & Frome Vauchurch Parish Council are seeking a friendly, organised and community-minded individual to join us as our Parish Clerk.

You will support the Council in delivering local services and ensuring smooth administration, including:

  • Organising and attending meetings
  • Managing council records and correspondence
  • Overseeing finances and budgeting

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Supporting councillors and the community
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident with IT (email, spreadsheets, documents)
  • Able to work independently

Desirable:
CiLCA qualified (or willing to work towards it)
Financial or bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of local government
