You can now vote in the direct elections of the NALC larger and smaller councils’ committee.
To be eligible to vote in either election your council must be a larger or a smaller council.
NALC’s national assembly recently resolved that all elections are held on an STV basis. In order to fulfil this all councils must pre-register to vote as they will need to be provided with a unique code.
To vote you will need to follow these steps:
Go to the NALC website to pre-register your Council to vote.

You will receive a confirmation from myself that I have received your registration.
These details will be forwarded to UK Engage, who are independently managing the poll, on a batch basis,.
UK Engage will provide you with a code and a voting link. .
Please be assured that the voting process is entirely confidential and NALC will not be privy to how any council or member of national assembly has voted. Voting closes on 22 November and you have until 20 November to pre-register your council.
